What kind of work out is Boot Camp?

Boot Camp classes are different every day! Every class includes dynamic stretching, warm up, speed and agility drills, strength, cardio, cool down, and a final stretch.

What do I need to bring to boot camp?

You will need to bring an exercise mat and water. Be sure to wear comfortable athletic clothing that you can layer. The temperatures change dramatically.

What if I miss a class?

No problem! You can make it up during that calendar month at another class or with 24 hour advance notice, you can use your credit towards your next paid session. If you know that you are going to be out of town or missing camp in advance, just let me know, and we can work it out before you pay.

How is this Boot Camp different than others?

With limited enrollment, you will get more one on one attention which will give you more results! This camp is effective and FUN! This camp starts at only $10 per class, most camps are at least $15 per class and do not offer any flexibility.

What if I want more classes?

No problem! After a few classes you will see how fun and addicting Boot Camp can be! We can always add more to work with your schedule!

May I form my own group?

Of course! Bridal parties, colleagues, friends, and family often start their own camp! Depending on location, prices are subject to vary. Send me an email and we will see what we can work out!
