The Boot Camp program is an affordable, efficient, and high-energy way to incorporate a variety of exercise into your lifestyle. Every day is a new set of challenging and fun exercises that are designed to burn fat, boost your metabolism, and increase your energy.
What to expect?
An overall assessment is done on your first day of camp. This includes: weight, measurements, and body fat percent reading.
Each 60-minute class starts by warming up your muscles and preparing your body for total training. Workouts consist of cardio, core, and strength training, followed by a cool down and stretch.
