Carmen is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. She instructs a premiere outdoor Boot Camp that she has specifically designed for efficient weight loss.

In addition to the Boot Camp, she is a Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor and teaches other formats of group exercise including: Everlast Shadow Box, Turbo Kick Boxing, Total Body Conditioning, and Cardio Sculpt at numerous gyms in Orange County, California. Besides group exercise, Carmen also maintains a large roster of personal training clients.

“I have struggled with my weight for my entire life. One day, I realized it was time to quit making excuses and to start holding myself accountable for my actions. I can relate to having tried every diet that I came across in my past, only to have the weight come back. My weight became the subject of my every thought. I realized that I needed to make that change, that day.

After studying diet and nutrition, I conquered my personal struggle of losing over 60 pounds!! Now, I realize I am able to share the gift of knowledge and make positive changes in the lives of others. I offer my knowledge and dedication to others through personal training, small group training, group exercise and boot camps.”
